Crazy. Waterfront being a burrow pit! HEHEHE. Everything is high end in Hampton Roads, they don't build anything for the working class. Outsiders can buy it and leave it empty, and sell it for twice as much in 2 years! HAHA LOWELL. Well, the locals can take out neg amortization loans and pretend to be wealthy. Get a Heloc on the vinyl palace and lease some high end cars, AND use the money to pay the monthly note!

Whats the days on market for Hampton Roads?

Inventory is skyrocketing.

People are still buying. I guess people in Hampton Roads are less intelligent than other markets. Or perhaps just people cashing out of other markets.

Just be sure in Hampton Roads that even after the real estate market has settled down, the crime from the lower class will not have! HEHEH HOMICIDE ROADS!
