Teens May Lose Phone Privileges In Cars

The Virginia General Assembly is considering a bill to restrict cell phone use for drivers under 18, even with a hands free device.

This seems like a no-brainer, as 16 year olds have higher accident rates than any other age group. As a parent, I am relieved and grateful my children are no longer teenagers!
